Cole

Cole is an interesting home. It continues with the open concept great room that we’ve seen throughout the other houses, but it has a few different rooms of interest as well. Firstly, the den has been converted into a theater room with all of the fixings: from the movie projector to the black-out curtains. Also, this home contains a dedicated laundry room which features plenty of space for folding and doing laundry, as well as including an extra refrigerator/freezer combo. Finally, another point of interest in this home is the custom built in shelves in the living room. They add to the feeling of being in a custom home, and truly add a touch of sophistication as well.
